Ever since I installed the free program Secure Zip, (on desktop which normally generates my multimedia backups), the extraction on laptop proceeds part way then asks for a password for 10% of my files. Since I don't know the password I skip those and then drag and drop from the zip file to the correct directory (no password required for this). For the zipped Family file I use File Restore as specified with no problems.
