Michael, In Vs.6 go to Help Index and enter LDS. The sub-folders included Ordinance reports. I make focus groups for each of my direct lines and not for all. I find this helpful in working with other researchers who are interested in one particular line. The reports will give you work that has been done, work cleared, and work not submitted. The default printing is landscape and the reports fit nicely in (3) hole notebook. I also keep my temple records there too until all the work is completed.
When in preparing names for temple submission, Legacy will automatically update your database with information if you so desire. Good Luck in your research. Im not familiar with Roots Magic but I think you will find Legacy very user friendly especially in the area of Ordinance work. Also, it is one of the commercial companies that will be sync with nFS. Roots Magic makes it easy to create a quick report that will list those that qualify for individual and sealing ordinances. Can't this be done in Legacy 6 as well? thank you Michael ________________________________________ Stay informed, get connected and more with AOL on your phone.
