Pat, LDS nFS (new Family Search) is not available to every researcher at this time. It is still in beta testing and being released as Temple Districts go on-line for the new software system.
It is my understanding that when all of the Temples are on line (probably, end of 2008, then Legacy vs.7 will sync with nFS. This is the year of learning patience with so many kinds of software upgrading. Not my strong virtue. Hope this helps.
