Hi Jennifer, I am also in Australia and have been able to use the Mapping feature. When I right click on the position that I want the pin to go I get a message Would you like to set the lat/long to the right clicked location? Click ok and the pin is set. (this is from the master location list not from an individual.) They only thing I have found is that some of the locations are way out and I have to find them my self. Regards Anne
