Hi Mary,

You can filter the To Do List by Category or by Locality, plus a few other fine-tuning options. Open your To Do List, then click on the Filter Options tab, and define what you want, then click on the Apply Filter button.

The To Do List itself can be opened just for one individual, or for all individual and general tasks. For one individual, click on the To Do List icon for that person in the Family View. For all tasks, open via the icon at the top of the screen (you can add it if it's not there and you want it, by right-clicking on the icon bar and making the required change) or via the menu it is View > To Do List.

I'm sending a copy of this reply to you directly, as well as to the list. I, too, am finding the mail for this list to be erratic in its delivery time - some posts are taking more than 24 hours to reach me, others are much quicker. Very odd. :-(

Hope this helps. :-)

Kind Regards,
Wendy Howard

I sent this about 3 hours ago and haven't seen it on the list so I'm resending. Sorry if it duplicates.

------------------------
I have several to-dos that do not have repositories because I don't know exactly where to find the records. However, I am making a trip to the locality and need to plan my trip. Is there a way to print to-dos by the location? Most of them are to-dos linked to individuals.

Thank you for any suggestions.
