You can put anything you want in the location field.  For burials, I
put the cemetery name, town (if there is one or community name
sometimes for rural areas), county and state.  (I don't use the
country unless it is not in US for any of my locations.)

If you want the plot info you can put that in front of the cemetery
name.  Even though Legacy recommends using city, county, state and
country, you can actually enter up to 9 items in the location field
however you want them.  By putting the cemetery name in the location,
I can also pinpoint the actual cemetery on the map.
