Thank you for the suggestion. I checked and I have all of the pop-ups
enabled, but it still doesn't work. Other pop-ups work in the program, but
not on the source template.

Customize>General Tab>on the right hand side, it says "Popup Information
Boxes"

When I try the "hover your cursor over the field name on the left and a
yellow memo field will appear", it does not appear on my screen . . . and
I do have the latest build.
