I forgot that Invisible was a setting under private so can now see that I can do a search for them.
I find that Individual Report is the easiest way of passing on some information to someone else about a part of the tree, neither a Descendant or Ancestry Report does the job whereas with some Advanced Tagging etc I can select those people that I want to include. In the privacy tab to can select to override "include invisible individuals ....". I have that unchecked so it should not include Invisible Individuals but rather than ignore them it stops and informs me that "The starting person is invisible so the report cannot continue" for each selected person marked as Invisible. In this particular case there is nothing secret about the people, it just seemed a convenient way to "lose" them from reports. I think they were given by someone as children but I was doubtful whether this was true. I could unlink but I would probably forget about them. I could use the Surety Level but people don't always check that when reading a report.
