I want the person to be Invisible which they should be whether or not they
are selected, I should not have to go through untagging every single
Invisible person before I can generate a report.

A descendant report seems to manage that.  I don't use a descendant report
because I often want parents and siblings of spouses to be included so the
easiest way to use some Advanced Tagging to mark the people who I want to
include.
