Because the website where I viewed the book needs to be identified in the citation. This tells others where they may easily find the book as well.

This is the way it should look per "Evidence Explained" by Elizabeth Shown Mills (sans italics not possible in plain text format).

I've been unable to locate a template for, say, a book with editor known (original edition) and digitized online at Google Books. The only online for this scenario is for online publication only (no hard copies printed). Can someone point me in the right direction?
