Despite your saying you don't want to use the To Do List, have you taken
a good look at it?
You can choose to look at the TDL for just one person, or for everyone.
You can filter by:
- one Category or all, and/or
- one Locality or all, and/or
- whether a task is Open or Closed, and/or
- by Type, and/or
- by whether a To Do Tag has been set (this is different to the nine for
each individual and marriage), and/or
- the priority set for each task.
That is a pretty powerful set of conditions waiting for you to discover
and utilise. If I were you in this situation, I think I'd be looking at
setting up a new category for this purpose, and filter by that when I
want to quickly access the details.
Each item on the TDL has ample space for recording contact details, and
keep the old details when they change.
