I have two ways of doing this. One is in the General notes screen to source a series of ongoing notes within the note itself. Above each note I put the source information, then add the note followed by a series of asterisks (which serve as a divider bar so I can clearly tell where each note ends. It is kind of a pain to do it this way but it does work.
