I might agree that the make/model of a computer would be generally off-topic, but the operating system? I think not. Are you suggesting that if the Windows 7 o/s causes problems with Legacy then it would be off-topic or what other software is required to run Legacy on a map, or any problems with Vista or even IE8. I suggest we all leave the monitoring to Legacy staff.
