Hey, I'm not trying to monitor the list but if some can express opinions here I think it's fair that we all have the same right. It's funny how some here are so quick to shut people down who want to follow the rules yet so happy that others break them.
I'd agree if the conversation is about how Legacy interacts with a particular OS. But these threads have gone far beyond that. Read back thru them and tell me that isn't the case. BTW, I think you forgot to clean up the unnecessary stuff on your message. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of ronald ferguson Sent: Wednesday, January 28, 2009 8:19 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: [LegacyUG] Computers I might agree that the make/model of a computer would be generally off-topic, but the operating system? I think not. Are you suggesting that if the Windows 7 o/s causes problems with Legacy then it would be off-topic or what other software is required to run Legacy on a map, or any problems with Vista or even IE8. I suggest we all leave the monitoring to Legacy staff. Btw Legacy regularly requests that the Legacy signatures at the end of every post be deleted when replying.
