Would it help if those experiencing a problem that you have been unable to
duplicate sent to support a DETAILED computer analysis (for example, Belarc
Advisor) so you could look for a common denominator in the hardware or
software?

The solution for Error 91 on our website solves this error 99.9% of the
time. Obviously it doesn't work for the backup problem. We have no idea
what's causing that error with backups and can't offer a solution at this
time.
