Ann,

Your Error 91 message is the same as my unresolved Error 91 message - Error 
reading individual. At this time there is no fix for this. This is the error 
that support is looking at.

My advice for now is to backup from any tab EXCEPT the Family view tab or to 
backup when exiting the program. Either will avoid the Error 91 message. Not 
the perfect solution but it works.

I would also suggest that, if you can, note the conditions when you get an 
error message so you can report to support.

Terry,

I followed your very understandable instructions. People like me need to be 
told if one should click or double click for example. Here is what I found. 
The G drive one is where I back up to a flash drive and take it to install 
on a different computer.
