Hi Ron,

At the link http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/helpJetServPk.asp , it says

"For Computer That Are Running Microsoft Windows XP ..... Please update your 
Windows XP with Service Pack 3."

I DO have XP Service Pack 3. Doesn't this have the right Jet Engine in it?
