Ron, Yes I have been using Legacy since version 3 and I tend to keep up to date with new editions although with version 7 I wait a month or so until some of the early bugs had been sorted. I downloaded and installed version 7.0.0.97 last Monday and I have been entering a whole lot of sources this week. The problem may be with the change of data format that has been built into this current version. Boyd
