I also use GenViewer and concur with your remarks. I was however, concentrating 
my remarks on Legacy itself. At present with Genviewer I am doing a multiple 
criteria search for duplicates in a file containing some 2000 Fergusons or 
similar.

The trick, of course, lies in defining the specifics of the criteria in order 
to produce a manageable list.
