Connie, I think I've found a way to print the list you want. I tried to print out the Master Source List by first going to Reports/Source Citation Listing and did not get exactly what I wanted. But the following worked for me.
Go to View/Master Lists/Source. Once there, click on Options (on the right hand side of the screen) and choose Print. This will take you to the same Master Source Report. Click on All Sources (at the top) and Only Master Source (toward the bottom). This should print the name as shown in the Master Source List.
