Ah! I understand now. Pity about Access because what you want would be
so simple.
I'm sure I've seen LUGgers recommend Open Office - which is free! - but
I personally have always found the database element of that program a
pig to work with and haven't actually been able to open a Legacy family
file with it yet! However, no doubt Ron will be along in a moment to
tell you how easy it would be to accomplish what you want with OO, so
don't let me put you off!
