Nope - that's not it - it numbers the sources so I know how many sources I
have, but it doesn't give me the File ID as the number, it just gives me the
number of sources I have created, but thanks for the thought.
It now reads:
1 blah blah blah File ID 325
2 blah blah blah File ID 17
3 blah blah blah File ID 2
etc.
I want:
File ID 2 blah blah blah
File ID 17 blah blah blah
File ID 325 blah blah blah
and all the other file ID's in numerical order.

You haven't provided details as to which options you have selected in
the report dialog. I can only guess, but perhaps you need to select List
Style Format?
P.S. There is a File ID associated with both the Master Source and each
Citation. I am also guessing that you want the one associated with the
Master Source?
