This is corrections and additions to the program. It is never required to do 
the download each time. Some people wait a few days to see if it had new 
problems ( not as often as in  the past), or wait until the list of changes 
gets too long, or affects what you use most. Each update includes ALL previous 
ones, so a missed one doesn't matter in the long run.
