Wanda: It's been this way for years, so I wouldn't expect a change in the next version. (BTW, the request is not to include step-children, but to include the parent-child status so that we can see that they are step-children.)
Mike: I think the same Include form is used for all the report types, with varying items grayed out, depending on the specific report type.
