Dropbox looks like a good way to backup files and is reasonably priced for more 
storage.  Here’s the link to more information if you want to bypass the video:

It shows you can share files with others and it will automatically synchronize 
between your computer and the online files.

But can you use dropbox as some kind of "disk"? I do not think so. Otherwise 
you need to download a copy from dropbox to your to-be-used PC. In that case 
there is not much difference with a USB drive.....
