The best way to share work across multiple computers is to make a backup at the end of each session then use File > Restore Family File on the other computer to extract the latest version of the family file to use when you want to use that computer for working on the file.
If you have made changes in the multimedia files you would also need to use the Windows zip file utilities to extract the multimedia files to the second computer.
