I use each one as a Source and attach it to every person and fact/event
to which it applies.

Even though the information may not be proven at first, it is sometimes
the only information I had.  If I am able to verify the informtion from
another source later on, I add that as a second source, but leave the
first instact.  If subsequent sources showed a chart to be incorrect I
would record this in the person's Research Notes and attach the "Chart
source" to the Research Notes.
