Brother and Sister as options aren't enabled unless there is at least one
parent. You can't move him down into the children's area unless there's at least
one parent. Double-clicking on the blank mother or father 'creates' the missing
parents as unknowns. Then you ad the brother or sister and move him down into
the children's area.
