Hi Elizabeth. Sorry, if I didn't notice, but do you read your email
directly on the GMail website or with a client-based product? If you
use a client-based product such as Thunderbird, Outlook, etc., you can
set your email up as IMAP or POP. Basically, if you use POP, you will
not have the ALL MAIL folder that some of the users are talking about.
Only the IMAP protocol will give that to you, and IMAP is designed to
sync all your client-based folders with GMail's website.

But I would not be afraid to UN-SUBSCRIBE and then RE-SUBSCRIBE, if
necessary to get rid of that duplication problem. If you have that
other pesky problem when re-subscribing, I believe I can show you
exactly what to do to resolve it, 9 times out of 10 or better, without
having to contact support.
