'Getting to grips with Access" is an excellent comment Jenny.

I would not recommend manipulating the Legacy Family File in Access
unless you're quite experienced with Access.

There are a lot of tables in the Family File which interact with each
other and changing something in one table and not another can blow
things apart.

One of our Legacy users created a program called LTools, which
actually does quite a bit - and he strongly warnts backing up the
Family File before using any of his tools. You might want to look into
that.

We cannot fix a database that has been messed up by manipulating it in Access!
