Good heavens!  I had and have absolutely no problem with anything you
have said and do9n't see why you should think I have.  I gave that
advice in reply to someone (Michelle) who said "I have Access on my
computer but I don't have a clue how to use it."

Access is quite a complex program and a Legacy file is quite a complex
database.  I think there are many who will agree with me that it is not
a good idea to try and work with a Legacy database in Access unless you
already have a fairly good working knowledge of Access or, as I said
"want to concern yourself with getting to grips with [it]".
