You might look at BitTorrent Sync... it's basically a 'cloud' backup but for a local network (it does not go against the internet)
I'm using it to keep folders on 2 computers in sync using a NAS as a go between (The NAS is running BitTorrent Sync too), but I bet you can just have it on 2 (or more) computers on your network and not have a NAS in the picture. They also have iOS and Android device support too.
