Hey, Cathy, 
Thanks for the reminder to look.  I had checked the bottom box to include the 
citation, but forgot about the other two boxes immediately below each text box 
on the over-ride tab.  I agree... why would I choose not to use an over-ride 
that I've entered? ;)

Hi Paula,

I'm not having a problem with the citation over-ride showing -
provided I've checked the checkbox to say I want to use it.
Did you check the checkbox or just write your alternate citation?

It shows immediately on the right side while you are editing and then
again at the bottom of the Assigned Sources screen - provided you
have checked the box to use it.
Why is there a checkbox? I don't know. You'd think if you'd entered
an override then you would want to use it. But the checkbox is there.
