A search and replace in a tagged subset is needed and would be a great feature.
The only way to do it with the current program would be to export the tagged
subset to another Legacy file, do the search and replace there, then use
Intellishare merge to combine the subset back into the main file.

Hi Leon,

I am sure that is not possible.  The Search and Replace only works with the
designated fields and searches the entire file.  Perhaps there is another way
around your situation - can you elaborate on what your are trying to achieve?
I'm trying to envision a use for that - it could be a worthwhile suggestion.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Find and Replace

Hello,

Is it possible to run a "Find and Replace" process against the results of a
previously prepared "Search List".

If so, could someone please point me to the relevant section in the help files.

So Many Thanks,

Leon
