Is this happening only when you use the source clipboard?  (If I'm seeing your

It happens with any attempt to create a new Detail Source.  Attached is a 
picture of the Detail Source screen so you can see what I get.

No bug. At least not here with the standard version. Could you perhaps have 
selected a colour scheme in which the foreground and background colours of the 
prompts are the same? I presume that you're talking about the prompt strings 
that occupy the empty data fields on the Edit Source Detail window.
