Hi Millie,

It's just the field labels that are missing in the display. If you know
what they are and enter the details, they are saved as normal.
Brian has acknowledged and entered the bug.e
He suggests entering sources via the source book icon instead of the
source clipboard if you need to see the field names until this is fixed.

I'm not sure what has happened for you when trying to contact Support.
