1. You said you click on the triangle to add a new source. That triangle
is opening the source clipboard so your problem is with the clipboard.

Yes I have confirmed this is a problem with the source clipboard display
of labels for source details. If you want to avoid this until the
clipboard is fixed: open the individual's sources using the book icon
then click Cite a Master Source to assign the source directly. Using
that method the Source details will display the labels for the fields.
