I don't - and it's probably just numbers and not other information if
Sales keeps track.

It's a tough one to troubleshoot since plenty of people have been able
to update from the Legacy Home tab.

I would say to first look at security settings to make sure your
firewall lets Legacy check the internet for updates without prompting
from the user.
