This action is required because of the DMARC Reject/Quarantine Policy
imposed by some email providers. Users who want to send messages
without conversion to attachments should use a different email address
for their subscription.
Known providers for free email accounts whose emails do not require
this conversion include gmail.com and hotmail.com. Many other email
providers will also work but you will have to give them a try.

Yes turned off Potential Problems and upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows
7.Still very slow startup. Does not happen with any other program or with
Legacy 7.5 which I still have installed.Program is installed on C drive and
data file on E but problem remained with when I moved data to C.

Did you try turning off your Potential Problems Indicators? They can account
for a slow startup for some people.
Go to Options > Customize > 8.11 to deselect them.

I have updated to 8.0.0.549 hoping it would fix my problem of having to wait
about 5 or more seconds for a response after clicking on a person to open their
individual file or to navigate to the grandparent line or the children's line.
Do I need to uninstall and reinstall Legacy?
