everyone is offended about something.
Not at all offended but I think any company can choose to add any
(legal) conditions it likes to its product and it's up to the customer
to decide whether or not (s)he wishes to accept the product as offered.
Millenia are choosing to sell/give away a program-plus-newsletter.
