Firewalls and antivirus programs are not the issue when MSFT makes structural changes.
Legacy paths are now in Documents, so it is vulnerable to changes to within Microsoft, When Legacy was separate (version 7.5 and earlier) that was not the case. Document paths are stored in the data drive, not the C drive, so Legacy 7.5 worked perfectly when my Documents path was recently compromised; all Ihad to do was access backed up data, and I was good to go. Legacy versions 9 would not open. If it is version 9.0.0.339 you are updated. If not highlight the update link and it will download and install for you.
