Ronald, I would disagree. Ignoring a problem, or pretending that a problem doesn't make you want to use a different solution, doesn't fix the problem.  If Dennis is expressing that this issue is bothersome enough to make him consider using a different product, knowing that I am not the only one feeling that way helps me, and is hardly a waste of time. Telling someone that they are wasting your time by complaining about issues is non-productive, and does not offer a solution.
