To expand further. In the reports, on the format tab you then need to 
choose Use Quoted Names for Narratives. You can choose whether to Remove 
Quoted Given Names in other places.

One area where quoted names are not fully implemented (though I note they 
are hard to find in HELP) is the Event Sentence Definitions. You can choose 
[GivenName] but not the Quoted or Nickname. Hopefully the programmers will 
add a code for this as they must have one to make the reports work as they do.
