Many of my ancestors are buried in St. Louis, Missouri. What is the proper protocol for that location (i.e. St. Louis is an independent city, listed as such in the census records, and there is a St. Louis County which is separate from St. Louis township)? Is it (multiple choice) "St. Louis,,MO, USA"; "St. Louis, St. Louis, MO, USA"; certainly not ",St. Louis,MO, USA"? Tom
