Pati - Cathy only gave me the reason for having Gedcom backups, not the how. Haven't had time to try to figure it out myself, that's why I'm planning on doing so this weekend. If anyone out there knows the details of how to do so (probably simple enough, just mysterious for those of us who have never done so), perhaps they can share the info.
