I have 23000 names and over 6000 locations, and what I did was trick the 
computer.
I search and Replace ', Sweden' with ', Sverige' .
Worked for me.

Will it work if you substitute Sweden with Sverige. You can do that with in 
Search and replace then lists-location in the where box.
Please remember to work on a copy of your data base. When you work on a 
copy you can also substitute it to nothing.
