You are correct about the danger Cathy. I have so many to do this way,
that I need to do so. I always have to check the Add or Edit Source
Citations icon to delete the ones that I don't want.

Using the swap arrow is problematic also, because my sources usually
include comments that don't move with the source when you swap them.
(Is this a bug that could be fixed? I'd really appreciate it)

I'm missing something from your explaination. What do you right click
on? Right click on the swap arrow doesn't work.
