Dan, That's true, and it is fine for changing specific text entries. I'd use that for, say, correcting spelling mistakes, or changing a date. But if you want to change a lot of detail against, say an Emigration event, it is hard to do using Search and Replace. You also need to be careful that your search string only finds the events you want to change. I use Search to find all the people with the event, and then use the Event Clipboard to copy and paste the updated event.
