Top posting is not rude it is the default norm in Outlook and the majority
of e-mails that I deal with. I have only seen bottom posting on the Legacy
users site

Standard, accepted practice is to post at the bottom.  In fact, top 
posting is considered rude by many.  I understand your needs but I doubt 
that you are going to change things.
