Through my genealogy research I end up finding long lost relatives that I've never known. I'm sure this is true of most researchers.
I'd like to find the best way to identify them on my family tree so I can easily find out who all I've encountered, their relationship, etc. My simple mind started by creating a "Internet Contact" Source and then adding that source to the name with Detail of relationship, etc. I've also turned it off so it doesn't show up on any reports as it's not necessarily a real source. I can then show the "List" of everyone with that source. I'm sure others have done this. Are there any cleaner or more functional ways to do this?
